I would like to highlight several key points: • Russell responded very quickly. Whenever we had any questions and issues, we could communicate with him via either text, phone or email. Russell could provide us the feedback within a day or less. It was very efficient during our multi-way communication with the owner, the seller agent, and the escrow officer. • Russell has lived in SF for a long time. He knows the city very well, which helped us a lot when we first visited the area. We got all the answers from Russell regarding the neighborhood and area-related questions. My wife had a question of oil tank that was mentioned in one of the escrow disclosure documents. Russell could explain in detail the historic background, which was amazing. • As the buyer’s agent, Russell provided the service far beyond what a normal agent does. One month after closing, we had issues with the Amazon delivery system in the building, Luxel One. We contacted the HOA office for a week with no progress. After contacting Russell and receiving his help, I was able to get a response from the building developer and resolve the issue within days. I strongly recommend Russell’s service.
